Representatives and dignitaries from the Town of Mammoth Lakes, Mono County, Mammoth Lakes Foundation (MLF), Kern Community College District, Mammoth Lakes Recreation (MLR), local arts and cultural organizations and over 50 people, attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the Mammoth Arts and Cultural Center (MACC) that once completed will be called the "Dave and Roma McCoy Arts and Cultural Center."
