November 2, 2025:
Construction will continue as long as possible this fall, weather dependent.
Foundation work is underway, and the connection to the old Edison Hall is in progress.

August 6, 2025:
A groundbreaking ceremony was held to celebrate the start of the building phase for the MACC.
Representatives from the Kern Community College District, Town Council, and Mammoth Lakes Foundation staff and Board Members raise their shovels.
July 11, 2025:
The Town of Mammoth Lakes purchased the eight-acre property from the Mammoth Lakes Foundation.
July 2, 2025:
The Mammoth Lakes Town Council awarded the project’s construction contract to Spiess Construction Co., Inc. in the amount of $15,862,000.
