The Town posted a Facebook reel of construction in action -
November 2, 2025:
Construction will continue as long as possible this fall, weather dependent.
Foundation work is underway, and the connection to the old Edison Hall is in progress.
July 11, 2025:
The Town of Mammoth Lakes purchased the eight-acre property from the Mammoth Lakes Foundation.
July 2, 2025:
The Mammoth Lakes Town Council awarded the project’s construction contract to Spiess Construction Co., Inc. in the amount of $15,862,000.
