Happy New Year! And we (finally) have snow! Construction will continue as the weather permits...

The Town posted a Facebook reel of construction in action -

Town Council also approved a $1.5 million General Fund contribution to set up a Construction Contingency Fund for the project and also $250,000 for a design change to use burnished concrete masonry units as recommended by the Planning and Economic Development Commission's Advisory Design Panel.
November 2, 2025:
Construction will continue as long as possible this fall, weather dependent.
Foundation work is underway, and the connection to the old Edison Hall is in progress.
